As a minor goddess, LIWAY’s ​realm of power is limited to her ​believers’ and their faith. With ​her abilities peaking at ​daybreak, LIWAY answers ​prayers and requests during ​these hours. KALUWALHATIAN ​is her home, yet she stays at the ​mountain sides in her human ​form. LIWAY wanders in urban ​spaces to meet new people and ​guide those who are lost (in the ​area or in their general state of ​life). She offers guidance and ​wisdom to those who ask for ​this blessing. LIWAY can be ​called upon by presenting ​offerings with sweet aroma at ​daybreak, she has a particular ​liking to the sampaguita ​(jasmine flower), favoring their ​sweet scent to start the day.
